The 2018 LiveWELL Incentives deadline was November 6, 2018. Incentives earned in 2018 will be paid January 11, 2019.
2019 LiveWELL Incentives launch early January.
LiveWELL Incentives are paid to teammates who are on the LiveWELL Health Plan (medical insurance) at the time of payroll processing who have an active 2018 Health Savings Account (HSA).
Incentives earned in 2018 must have met the following criteria in order to be paid:

LiveWELL Incentives will be deposited into teammates’ Bank of America Health Savings Account (HSA).
Teammates who are enrolled in the LiveWELL Health Plan, but waived their HSA, will receive incentive payout in their paycheck and taxed accordingly.
Earn them all. Earn them early.
All teammates are encouraged to complete the Core Four Incentives early. When you complete the Core Four Incentives by March 15, 2019 or June 7, 2019, you will be entered to win one of ten Atrium Health jackets.
